Incorporated on 7 October 1999 and headquartered in Udumalpet, Tamil Nadu — we build software the way our founding team has lived it: alongside Chartered Accountants, Schools, and Growing Indian Enterprises.
Our platform was shaped by the real operational challenges businesses face as they grow. From managing finance, sales and compliance to maintaining seamless coordination across departments, we saw how disconnected systems create inefficiencies and slow decision-making.
TBS Technologies [P] Limited was incorporated on 7 October 1999 in Tamil Nadu. Our founding team had spent years running an accounting and compliance practice — handling GST, TDS, income tax, ROC and audit support for businesses across the region. We knew every pain point of practice management from the inside.
Power CA grew out of those years of practice. It wasn't designed in a vacuum: every module — client management, billing, task allocation, compliance calendars — was shaped by real client deployments. Today it's a battle-tested ERP used by single-partner firms through multi-branch practices across India.
Fitschool, our institution-management platform, was built alongside schools whose pain points shaped its design. Alongside, we take on a small number of custom web and mobile engagements every year — for businesses that want a partner, not a vendor.
